Catholic Community Foundation

The Catholic Foundation of Santa Clara County was founded in 2004, through the vision of Bishop Patrick J. McGrath, to collect, manage and grant funds from the Rooted in Faith campaign of the Diocese of San Jose. The funds from the campaign are available to receive donations. Campaign collections are largely coming to an end in 2012. Adding COMMUNITY to our name indicates our vision to become an umbrella for Catholic philanthropy in our valley, continuing the development of funds that strengthen the Catholic organizations and ministries that we love.

The Catholic Community Foundation of Santa Clara County is proud to announce the opening of our 2017 Spring Grant Cycle! Each year, we have the great privilege of granting to wonderful Catholic programs in our community.

Please consider applying or tell someone you know who runs a worthwhile program! We grant from four funds:

– Apolonia Andre Fund for Liturgical Music
– Parish Outreach – Parish Stewardship
– Pastoral Ministry Training & Formation
