If you have problems logging in to the MAP site please contact:

NWEA tech support: 877-469-3287 email: techsupport@nwea.orgblorentz@dsj.org,  or contact DSJ Service Desk  (note: will require your DSJ UN and PW)

Please ask your teachers to be sure they remember their login information. If they click on “forgot password” under their login on the NWEA admin site, a new one will be sent.

A new password will be sent to them after requesting one. Sometimes that email from NWEA will be filtered into the SPAM box, 10 minutes after requesting the new password. Teachers then have about half an hour to reset their password at that point. If you still have problems, or contact DSJ Service Desk  will be happy to take care of the login issue.

Please be sure your testing sessions are all set-up already just as you did during the FALL testing.

**Go to the video under “testing” called: “Proctor quick start”

Each test is about an hour long. K-2 tests require headphones. 3rd-8th grade do not require headphones. All schools will be testing K-8 in Math and Reading. The names of the specific tests we will be administering appear below this email. Tech support from the diocese will be available to you during the week that has been assigned to your school. Please email me if you have any questions or concerns.

Links to proctor instructional videos appear below. If this is not accessible for your teachers, let me know and I can rattle off another version of the step by step for you.
