Planning your Legacy in the Middle of a Pandemic

September 3, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

The uncertainty of our current world has many people thinking seriously about their legacy and starting or completing their estate plans. Don’t know where to start? Want to make sure you aren’t missing any important aspects – personal, familial, spiritual, community, and charitable – in your plans? Join the Catholic Community Foundation for a webinar on all the basics of estate planning, funeral planning and legacy giving. We are blessed to have Bishop Oscar Cantú join us to start this session with prayer and reflection on legacy. Brandon Rebboah (Attorney at Berliner Cohen, LLP), Laura Schemmel (Outreach Manager at Catholic Funeral and Cemetery Service (CFCS) San Jose) and Nick Carney (Endowment and Legacy Program Manager at The Catholic Community Foundation) will provide helpful information on their areas of expertise. We hope this webinar provides insights to help with your legacy planning process. If you are interested, the Foundation can also help connect you with an Estate Planning Attorney. This will be a live webinar event which will be recorded and available to view on-demand afterword.
