An event every month that begins at 1:00 pm on day First of the month, repeating until September 3, 2023
Santa Teresa Parish invites you to join us and be in community with others who are facing mental health challenges or are caring for loved ones who are. In our experience, sharing each other’s stories can be a liberating and welcome break in the silence that surrounds mental health challenges. You’re invited to Hear and Be Heard in a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment, where isolation and stigma dissipate as a supportive community is created. We plan on meeting the first Sunday of every month, at 1:00, in St. John of the Cross room, (across from Mary’s Garden).
If you can please join us. There is no charge for this listening session, and it is open to ages 16 and up.
