Licensed Pregnancy Medical Clinics

GHS Women’s Center: The Guadalupe Hope Society was founded in 2012, as a non-profit organization established by Bay Area Catholics dedicated to Our Lady of Guadalupe.  The Guadalupe Hope Society opened a Catholic pregnancy medical clinic, DBA the GHS Women’s Center and offers women compassionate and respectful options regarding their pregnancies.  They offer pregnancy testing, obstetric ultrasounds, Abortion Pill Reversal Protocol, peer counseling, community outreach, and resource referrals. All services are free of charge and completely confidential.  They are an independent, non-political organization that accepts no government funding and serves all regardless of race, nationality, age, religion, or marital status.

Informed Choices: Informed Choices is a gospel centered, licensed medical clinic supporting women and upholding life. Free services include pregnancy tests, limited obstetric ultrasound, options consultation, community referrals, and parenting support.  Walk-ins are welcome.

RealOptions Obria Medical Clinics: Real Options Obria Medical Clinics has 4 licensed medical clinics throughout the bay area, providing free professional medical consultations and services, including pregnancy testing, ultrasound, pre-natal exams, abortion pill reversal, STD testing and treatment along with adoption referrals, material support, and community referrals to those facing pregnancy decisions and needing care. They also offer youth education presentations to parents and students as well as pregnancy loss healing through Rachel’s Vineyard Retreats to anyone impacted by an abortion or miscarriage.

Birthright of San Jose: Birthright of San Jose is an all volunteer emergency pregnancy support center providing free, confidential and non-judgmental services to women who may be facing an unplanned pregnancy. Services include a 24-hour helpline (1-800-550-4900), pregnancy testing, options information, mentoring and practical support.

St. Juan Diego Women’s Center:  St. Juan Diego Women’s Center helps young women who face challenges of unplanned pregnancy.  They uphold the sacredness of life through caring counselors and provide education and assistance in a safe, loving Catholic environment.  Everyone who walks through their door is always welcomed and treated like family. They gladly offer continued support to help mothers through birth and beyond to their growing families.  Their FREE and completely confidential services include pregnancy testing, doctor, attorney, social agency and adoption referrals, personal support and 1:1 counseling, prenatal education, baby clothes and diapers, and shelter and housing referrals.
