A concert to benefit the restoration of the Cathedral’s Stained Glass Windows.
St. Joseph Cathedral Foundation is hosting a VIP reception in the Rectory, with a concert to follow featuring the Northwest Boychoir from Seattle Washington. The Northwest Boychoir shared a 2009 Grammy nomination with the Seattle Symphony for a recording of Samuel Jones’ The Shoe Bird. When soundtrack composers need the unique boychoir sound, they often turn to the Northwest Boychoir whose professional talents are featured on films and video games. The Northwest Boychoir is featured on Peggle 2, Quantum Leap Symphonic Choirs sample library, and has recorded with the Oscar-winning film composer, Michael Giacchino. The evening kicks off with a VIP reception where you will get to meet the members of the Northwest Boychoir and several dignitaries and end the evening with a concert full of the beautiful soaring voices of this premiere choir.
