St. Nicholas St. Williams Parish is offering the 8 Session series from February – May 2023.

  • The St. Nicholas and St. William Mental Health Ministry in conjunction with St. Simon and the Diocese of San Jose is offering the Sanctuary Course® for Catholics, an eight-session program for Mental Health:
  • online on Zoom the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 7 pm  to 8:30 pm on Zoom from February to May 2023 OR
  • in person on the 2nd and 4th Fridays from 10:15 am to 11:45 am from February to May 2023

The Sanctuary Course® for Catholics is an eight-session class designed for Catholics, but all 18 to 100 year old, regardless of your faith, are welcome!

Together we will walk through these topics to broaden our understanding of mental and emotional health, recognize that you are not alone and there is a healing path for all. There are videos to watch and a planned lesson for each week which includes readings and discussion questions.

Signs ups for this program are required by the 3rd session, March 10 for in person and by March 14 for the online session.  Workbooks will be provided.
