Taize Prayer Service

Join us May 22 for our monthly Taize Prayer services at St. Frances Cabrini. Taize Prayer Around the Cross is a short, contemplative prayer service that combines several forms of prayer through singing, verbal and unspoken prayers, and periods of silence. The service also has a scripture reading and silent reflection on the reading so that the scripture may sink deep into our hearts. The evening ends with an invitation to pray at the cross. Pray in whatever way you feel most comfortable, entrusting the prayer of your heart to Christ. Spend all the time you need at the cross. We pray that these services enrichen your spiritual practice.
The St. Frances Cabrini monthly Taize services are in the church on Wednesday evenings 6:45-7:30 PM: 5/22, 6/26, 7/24, 8/28, 9/25, 10/23, and 11/20. We will have weekly services during Advent: Monday 12/2, Wednesday 12/11, and Wednesday 12/18. See flyer for more details.
