REV UP THE SEMS FUN RUN 2019

Come Run/Walk with your Revs and Sems.

OPEN TO EVERYONE!

Invite your family members, friends, neighbors, and colleagues to join in a Fun Trot (ages 5-12) or Fun Run (ages 13 and up) to raise funds for Diocese of San Jose Vocations. The goal is to make it a community event with a large number of people enjoying a morning of family entertainment. Event is open to the public; spectators are free!

COST TO RUN/WALK
• Early Bird: $15 Fun Trot, $35 Fun Run
• After May 19th: $20 Fun Trot, $40 Fun Run

Participants are encouraged to wear hats and sunscreen.

Participants are limited to 400 runners only. Register today!

REGISTRATION PROCESS
What are the steps to participate in the event?

1. Complete Registration Form (Online through Eventbrite or download)

2. Complete Waiver Form (Download)

Every runner/participant will need to sign a waiver form. Please mail or bring your waiver form to early pickup (see below).
Waiver forms will also be available on site and can be filled out on the day of the event.

3. (Optional) Complete Pledge/Sponsorship Form (Download)

Please mail all forms and checks to:

Who Should I ask to sponsor me?

Ask family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Go to the Pledge tab below for to print your pledge form. Donations are welcome and all proceeds go to DSJ Vocations.

How much can someone pledge?

Anyone can pledge a flat dollar amount in any amount they wish.

Fun Run/Trot participants should start collecting pledges as soon as they have the pledge form.

Reminder: Pledge form need to be turned in by the day of the event. All pledges and donations are accepted. Ask your family members, friends, neighbors, and colleagues to sponsor you.

4. T-Shirt & Running Bib Pick Up

The week of the event, stop by the chancery offices to pick up your t-shirt & running bib.

Be sure to bring your signed waiver form (or any other incomplete registration information) to the pick up. Registrations are still accepted and can be brought as well.

PARKING: There will be free parking for anyone attending the Rev Up the Sems Fun Run event. Please park in Bellarmine’s parking lot. Those who park in residential areas need a permit or will be towed.
