Into Great Love: Centering in Silence

A (Mostly) Silent Retreat for Women & Men Ages 21-40
With the demands of relationships, work, personal commitments, and community involvement, it can be easy to feel off-balance or short of energy and perspective. Consider giving yourself the gift of a silent retreat to re-center yourself in God’s love, which frees us, directs us, and grounds us in deep inner peace. Together with other young adults from across the Bay Area, we will enter the silence and hold space for one another to encounter God’s presence within.
This retreat is grounded in Ignatian prayer exercises and will include individual silent time and small group conversations. Whether you are practiced in Ignatian spirituality or not, this retreat will be an opportunity for all to move deeper in prayer, where we can hear God’s message of love in a new way.
