College Students and Mental Health: What I Wish I Had Known Before I Went to College
August 12 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Heading off to college is both exhilarating and scary! Will anyone talk to me? How will I manage my time? What if I don’t like it? Am I the only one who feels alone? Join us for a lively and honest roundtable discussion on “What I Wish I Knew Before I Went to College.” Led by Kevin Bernaga and Maleny Quiroz Hernandez, both recent college grads, the roundtable will cover fears and anxieties of going to college, time management, procrastination, coping tools, and the joy of faith and the faith community in helping college students find their way in a new academic home. Join us for a lively and fun discussion on our back patio at St. Francis of Assisi. Refreshments provided. No charge. Let us know you will be joining us by contacting Kevin Bernaga at (408) 223-1562 or firstname.lastname@example.org. See you Monday Aug. 12 at 6:30 p.m. on the back patio!
