The Bottom Line of Contemplative Leadership: Exploring the Impact of Spiritual Engagement by Organizational Leaders in Higher Education, Business, and Healthcare

What role can spirituality play in executive decision-making and larger organizations? Andre Delbecq of Santa Clara University, a pioneer in the field of leadership spirituality, will explore the value and impact of incorporating spirituality into the business, healthcare, and higher education arenas, in conversation with Elizabeth McCabe and Diarmuid Rooney of Ministry Leadership Center, and David McCallum, S.J. of Le Moyne University.

Bannan-AndreDelbecqAndré L. Delbecq, the J. Thomas and Kathleen L. McCarthy University Professor at Santa Clara University, directs its Institute for Spirituality of Organizational Leadership.

Bannan-ElizabethMcCabeElizabeth McCabe is the Executive Director, Formation & Integration Initiatives for the Ministry Leadership Center. She provides vision and strategic leadership to ensure effective and lasting integration of the MLC formation process within the sponsoring systems.

Bannan-DavidMcCallumSJDavid McCallum, S.J. is a Jesuit priest who serves as Chief Mission Officer at Le Moyne College, is an assistant professor of Management and Leadership, and currently, is serving as the interim Vice President of Institutional Advancement.

Bannan-DiarmuidRooneyDiarmuid Rooney, M.S.Psych., M.T.S., D.Soc.Admin., serves as the Executive Director, Formation and Communication Technology at the Ministry Leadership Center.
