Join the Bannan Forum for this year’s Carmody Lecture: An Ideal Church: 2.0 presented by Dr. Mary Ann Hinsdale, Associate Professor Emerita, Department of Theology, Boston College. Dr. Hinsdale will offer a response to Denise Carmody’s 1999 Madeleva Lecture updated to take into account the state of the world, the results of the Synod, and a new pope. Dr. Hinsdale will ask: “What might Dr. Carmody say now?”
