A Chalice for Pope Francis

Mr. Juan Carlos Pallarols is a world-renowned silversmith, who will be here from the 10th to the 13th of July 2014.
During his stay, you are invited to hammer your chisel mark onto a special handcrafted chalice which will be offered as a gift to his Holiness Pope Francis. At the same time you will be given the opportunity to w ite a brief message, prayer or your good wishes to the Holy Father which along with the chalice will be personally delivered by the artist at Vatican City.
Since the 19th century the Pallarols family has made chalices for different Popes. Since the Second Vatican Council, Mr. Juan Carlos Paliarols has himself made chalices for the recently canonized Pope John XXIII, Pope Paul VI, Saint John Paul II, Pope Benedict XVI, and now for Pope Francis.
