Life and Dignity: A Catholic Social Teaching Series
The core of our Catholic Social Teaching is Human Dignity, which teaches that life is sacred, the most sacred gift from God. Life has value regardless of circumstances. It is the Church’s mission to keep life precious and protect it from all harm and sin that might endanger it.
In our current modern society, the culture of life has been transformed into a culture of death. Life is often not seen as a value in itself, but the value of life decreases depending on the needs of others.
In this talk we will be presenting on the need to hold life sacred, especially with the dangers of modern society that include topics of Assisted Suicide, IVF, Abortion, and the Death Penalty.
Please join us for an evening of informed awareness of our Church’s teachings. Register here.
