gifting program; medical care planning (Advance Health Care Directive); planning for incapacity (durable financial power of attorney); and burial and funeral planning. Come with your questions.
Presenter: Paul A. Pelosi, Attorney At Law, Pelosi Law Office, San Jose, has been in practice since 1973 in Santa Clara County. He is well-versed in Estate Planning, Trust Administration matters and Probate. Paul has facilitated Estate Planning Workshops for Catholic Cemeteries for over 10 years.
