DESCRIPTION:Healing Retreat by Fr. Ghislain Roy\,   a Catholic priest for the last 25 years\, who belongs to a parish in Quebec. He has a special charism of healing\, and travels all over the world from Europe to the Caribbean Islands\, to North and South America\, giving healing retreats. He will be visiting the San Francisco Bay Area once again to give a retreat from July 31 to August 2\, 2015. \nHis retreats are not only a place of new learning but also of a deep experience of the love of God and the presence of the Holy Spirit that\, among other things\, allows for deliverance and healing of emotional wounds\, feelings of rejection\, loneliness\, grief\, guilt\, shame\, fears and insecurities\, anxieties\, addictions\, bondages and oppression. In some cases physical healings also occur. Above all\, Fr. Ghislain calls people to a return to the Sacraments\, a true conversion of heart and a deeper faith. This happens through confession\, the Holy Eucharist\, Adoration and the ministry of intercession. DESCRIPTION:Do Something Special for Advent. Give yourself the best Christmas gift! Make a silent retreat at Vallombrosa Center in Menlo Park. We’ve set aside the weekend of Dec. 6 through Dec. 8th for individuals to prepare for Christmas by taking time out of their busy schedules to simply rest and pray in a peaceful\,   spiritual environment. Persons may make a completely private retreat or join our “Psalm 46 Retreat” which will include three conferences with an Advent theme presented by Father Patrick\, our Director. Retreatants will have an opportunity for a personal conference with Fr. Patrick if they desire. Our fee of $236.00 per person includes 2 nights in a private room with bath and six delicious meals.
