Echoes of Worth – Theology of the Body Retreat for high school teenagers
The Echoes of Worth Retreat is based on the teachings of Saint John Paul II’s Theology of the Body (TOB) teachings during his Wednesday audiences. The word ‘echo’ reminds us of when God breathed life into Adam and Eve,
and subsequently into each one of us during conception. The ‘echo’ acts as a constant reminder that we are made in the image and likeness of God. As such, we must continue to ‘echo’ God’s image and likeness to those around us. In doing so, they can recognize our worth as well as their own!
