Fr. Noel was ordained priest on March 16, 1985. He was born when his mother was 42 years old, when conceiving a child was difficult for her age. That is why at Baptism his Mom and Dad named him “Noel” even though he was born in August.
Fr. Noel obtained his Doctorate Degree in Canon Law (JCD) from the Pontifical University of Saint Thomas Aquinas in Rome (ANGELICUM).
Fr. Noel is presently the Adjutant Judicial Vicar and Judge of the Tribunal of the Diocese of San Jose.
He loves to travel and has led pilgrimages to the Holy Land and to the Shrines of the Catholic faith in Europe.
He loves music and studied piano at the age of 5. But he gave up his dream to become a concert pianist because he heard the precious call to become a priest!
