Donald Calloway\nFr. Donald Calloway\, MIC\, born in 1972 in Dearborn\, Michigan\, is a convert to Catholicism and is now a prominent Marian priest with the Congregation of Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary. This congregation is totally consecrated to Mary Immaculate\, faithful to authentic Church teaching\, obedient to the Pope and Magisterium\, and intensely Eucharistic. He speaks passionately in his moving conversion story from high school dropout who had been kicked out of a foreign country\, institutionalized twice\, and thrown in jail multiple times to earning a B.A. in Philosophy and Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville\, M.Div. and S.T.B. degrees from the Dominican House of Studies in D.C. and an S.T.L. in Mariology from the International Marian Research Institute in Dayton\, Ohio.\nFr. Calloway’s unmistakable zeal for the priesthood and devotion to Our Lady as led him to author or edit many articles and books on the Blessed Virgin Mary and he travels throughout the country to talk about his favorite saint and devotion (the Rosary). \nAbout Msgr. Eduardo Chavez\nMsgr. Eduardo Chávez Sánchez is co-founder and rector of the Institute for Guadalupan Studies\, and is a canon of the Basilica of Guadalupe. Born in Mexico City\, he studied philosophy and theology in the Institute for Ecclesiastical Studies at Mexico’s Conciliar Seminary. He was ordained in 1981\, in the Archdiocese of Mexico. He holds a diploma in philosophy from the Universidad del Valle de Atemajac in Guadalajara and\, a doctorate in Church history from the Pontifical Gregorian University.\nIn 2001 he was appointed postulator for the cause of Saint Juan Diego\, who was canonized on July 31\, 2002. Msgr. Chávez was also general secretary for Pope John Paul II’s visit to Mexico. Msgr. Chávez has made many contributions to the study of the Guadalupan event\, addressing major academic institutions internationally and publishing more than 28 books and articles. In the book\, “Our Lady of Guadalupe Mother of the Civilization of Love\, co-authored with Carl A. DESCRIPTION:Our Lady of Peace Church will be hosting our annual outdoor exhibit of Eucharistic miracles around the world. With an extensive assortment of photographs and historical descriptions\, the exhibition presents some of the principal Eucharistic Miracles that took place throughout the ages in various countries of the world and have been officially recognized by the Church. The current exhibition includes 153 panels that are used to explain 152 Eucharistic Miracles with an additional 22 country and historical panel maps. \nFor more information\, please visit https://www.olop-shrine.org/event/2019-eucharistic-miracles-exhibit/ or call the Our Lady of Peace parish office at (408) 988-4585. \nExhibition Information\nWith an extensive assortment of photographs and historical descriptions\, the exhibition presents some of the principal Eucharistic Miracles that took place throughout the ages in various countries of the world and which have been recognized by the Church. By means of the panels\, one can “virtually visit” the places where the miracles took place. The current exhibition includes 151 panels that are used to explain 153 Eucharistic Miracles with an additional 22 country and historical panel maps\, all of which are available on a DVD in both high and low definition. High definition is used to make the exhibition posters and low definition is used for all other purposes. \nCanon Law On Shrines\nThe Eucharistic miracles shown in this exhibition have all been recognized by the local bishops\, some miracles were also recognized with papal bull but not all the miracles were recognized also by the Pope. What is required is the local bishop’s approval (CANN n.1230 ss).
