DESCRIPTION:On October 29\, 2016 Calvary Catholic Cemetery\, in association with Hispanic Chamber of Commerce – Silicon Valley\, will be presenting their 7th annual Día de Los Muertos celebration.\nOur Día de los Muertos event continues to grow each year. There will be organizations and individual artists; free face painting and kids’ crafts\, food trucks\, individual and community altars along with classic cars.\nThe celebration begins with a traditional parade of song\, dance\, and prayer from Our Lady of Guadalupe church in San Jose to Calvary Cemetery. Upon arrival at the cemetery\, prayer will be lead and the children’s choir from Our Lady of Guadalupe Church will perform a few traditional songs. This celebration will include performances by local entertainers\, singer Manuel Romero\, Mariachi Tapatio and several more.
