Annually, we remind every parish, mission, and oratory in the Diocese of San Jose to record the attendance at the Saturday Vigil and Sunday Masses during the month of October. These counts provide snapshots of each parish and vital information to the Diocese for clergy staffing and future planning.
For 2019, Mass Counts begin the weekend of October 5 – 6 and will continue through October 26 – 27.
You can download a copy of the self-calculating Excel spreadsheet October Mass Count form for 2019 and save it to your computer. Print out copies for your ushers to enter the counts.
If your parish has Masses at more than one site, please submit one form for each site, along with a second form summarizing the grand total for the parish.
