As a member of the Advancement staff, you will work collaboratively with all staff members to engage current donors as well as prospective donors. This staff member will ensure that relationships are constantly being forged to instill in our donors the mission of Nano Nagle.

This position is responsible to develop a comprehensive, metrics-driven annual fundraising strategy and plan that includes increasing participation and growing revenue from various constituencies. Annual Giving Manager will also manage a portfolio of leadership annual fund donors and prospective donors.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Develop, manage, and implement effective strategies to meet annual fundraising goals by creating a solicitation plan for all school constituencies including parents, grandparents, alumni, parents of alumni, corporations/foundations, and faculty/staff.

2. Implement a system of metrics for measuring progress toward goals and evaluate overall financial and participation performance from each constituency.

3. Collaborate with colleagues for major and planned giving opportunities.

4. Work with the PR Director to highlight the impact of gifts to the school’s annual fund in messaging and publications.

5. Update contact reports in Raisers Edge and reporting activity that describes cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities.

6. Attend all major functions to initiate communication with donors.

7. Renew all current donors for their pledges to Financial Aid while cultivating new donors for the future needs of Financial Aid

8. Continue to write grants for current grantors while always looking for new opportunities

9. Stewardship of donors
Requirements: (ie. education, good communication skills, evening/weekend hours, ability to lift 50 lbs.)
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of ResearchPoint
Proficient in Blackbaud
Proven networking skills
Track record of donor relations and donor acquisition
History of meeting or exceeding budget income
Four-year college education preferred
