The Catholic Cemeteries of the Diocese of San Jose is seeking a full time front desk staff person.  This position is responsible for providing the highest level of care and service to customers by efficiently understanding their needs and ensuring these are met by the appropriate staff person.  The Client Care Services representative is responsible for providing effective communications to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the cemetery office.  Duties include, but are not limited to: greeting office visitors and receiving customer complaints; assisting visitors, funeral directors, and florists; answering phones; scheduling appointments; communicating with counselors, field personnel, and funeral homes; follow established protocol for opening and closing the office.

Candidates for this position must have at least a high school diploma or GED equivalent and preferred to be bilingual. Three to five years of receptionist experience is preferred.   Effective verbal, written communication skills, and strong computer skills are essential.  The position requires the ability to work five days a week, Monday through Saturday 8:00-4:30pm.
