Peter and Matt are no strangers to serving the socio-economically disadvantaged community of downtown and east side San Jose. Prior to serving as president of Cristo Rey\, Father Peter founded and led Sacred Heart Nativity Schools. It offers an opportunity for pastoral ministry leaders to renew friendships and welcome new-comers. It also includes a special liturgy and commissioning presided by Msgr. Francis Cilia. Kevin Staszkow the Director of Evangelization and Catechetics in the Diocese of Sacramento will speak on the Year of Mercy and how it connects to effective relational ministry.
