Joseph Benedict is a priest of the Diocese of San Jose\,   Director of the Permanent Diaconate Program and  Pastor of The Cathedral Basilica of St. Joseph.  He completed his doctoral studies in moral theology in 2009 at Jesuit School of Theology in Berkeley.
