Youth Ministry Coordinators’ Orientation

YMlogoThis training and orientation is specifically geared for youth ministry leaders and other key parish leaders and volunteers to learn the in’s and out’s of the Youth Ministry Handbook.

Some of the topics include permission slips, policies on transportation usage, chaperone policies, fingerprinting policies, volunteer policies, and much more!

We highly encourage all new youth ministry leaders to attend this event. For those of you that have attended the orientation before, it does not hurt to get a refresher on these topics. Plus, you’ll get to meet many of our new youth ministry leaders!

9:30am-12noon OR 6:30-9pm

Tuesday, August 12, 2014 – Orientation (part 2)
Chancery Office – St. Elizabeth Conference Room (1st Floor)
9:30am-12noon OR 6:30-9pm

If you decide to attend, you must attend both Tuesday sessions (August 5 AND August 12). However each day has two options between the morning or evening session. The evening session is a repeat of the morning one so please do not attend both. If you are interested in attending, please RSVP below by Sunday, August 3.
