Ordination to the Transitional Diaconate of Hector Basañez

On Saturday, June 20, at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Ciudad Valles, San Luis Potosi, Mexico, Most Rev. Hector Luis Morales Sanchez, Bishop of the Prelature of Huautla, Oaxaca, Mexico, ordained seminarian Hector Basañez to the Transitional Diaconate in service to our local Church in the Diocese of San Jose.  

Deacon Hector will live and minister at Saint Joseph Parish in Mountain View until his ordination to the priesthood.  Deacon's biography can be read at:
