Checks should be made payable to the Diocese of San Jose. Please mail your check and mail to 1150 N Fist St., San Jose, CA 95e120. Please make sure your School’s name and Department of Education is written on the check.
For your convenience, click here. By choosing automatic electronic giving you authorize your bank or credit card to pay your pledge to the Education Appeal over a specified period of time. If you have a Parish ADA account you will need to log in using your ADA account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create an account and verify it before you make your gift. Pledges and one-time gifts from your Visas, MasterCard or bank account are all accepted.
We accept Visa and Master Card. Simply provide your credit card details on your pledge form.

Please be sure to indicate whether you would like to make a one-time gift or set up a credit card billing up to over 10 months. Please remember that pledges should be completed by December 31.
