The National Conference on Environment and Art for Worship

National FORM/REFORM Conference in San Jose, July 16-19

The National Conference on Environment and Art for Catholic Worship, known as FORM/REFORM, will be held in San Jose this year, from July 16 – 19 at the San Jose Marriott.

Since 1983, FORM/REFORM has been the only U.S. Conference devoted to the full range of issues in architecture, environment and art for Catholic worship. The theme of this year’s conference is “Know That A Living God Is With You”. 

The conference offers opportunities for pastors (there is a special clergy track) and parishioners to acquire the tools required in building new structures or renovating older facilities.  There is also a professional track for architects, artists and liturgical design consultants that will feature site visits to local churches and case studies of their building renovation projects.  On Saturday, there will be two special hands-on sessions for parishioners on creating banners for communities.  In short, there’s something for everyone.
