Bishop's Youth Leadership Forum

To Youth Coordinators and Campus Ministry Directors:

We would like to invite your parish and your schools to the first meeting of the Bishop’s Youth Leadership Forum this coming October 27, 2009, Tuesday, from 6 to 8 in the evening.

We will be convening in the parish hall of St. Simon at 1860 Grant Road, Los Altos, CA 94024.

The Bishop’s YLF will be an opportunity for young leaders from your parishes and schools to have a facilitated dialogue with Bishop Patrick J. McGrath on issues of the Church and our youth. This is also an opportunity for the young leaders to present to the Bishop and the rest of those present, areas of interest that can help develop our youth ministry and create a more engaged church. The Bishop is looking forward to hearing directly from your youth leaders.

We request everyone to RSVP to the Youth Ministry Office via email (bnemis@dsj.org) or contact Bernard at (408) 983-0126. Please include the names of the parish youth coordinator, youth members being sent (two teens at most per parish) and chaperone.
