Urgent: Tell your Senators to Support a Just and Moral 2012 Farm Bill

Our senators will be home for the Memorial Day recess:  please contact them regarding the 2012 Farm Bill, upon which they will vote when they return from break.  Their decisions will have life and death consequences for poor, vulnerable, and hungry people at home and abroad.  The Department of Justice, Peace, and Human Development (JPHD) of the US Bishops Conference (USCCB) in partnership with Catholic Charities USA, Catholic Relief Services, and the National Catholic Rural Life Conference, has put together some “talking points” to assist us in engaging our Senators on this crucially important issue.
