A Silent Retreat for Men

The Ignatian Examen is a means of daily renewal of our relationship with God.

We will explore the Examen to seek the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, the companionship of Jesus, and the sustaining love of the Father. Through ordinary experiences and our daily lives, we gain insight into the value of the Examen as a daily invitation from God.
