Last week, I spoke with an event coordinator for Our Sunday Visitor. OSV publishes Forming Intentional Disciples: The Path to Following and Knowing Jesus. Many of you have been using this book as an inspiration and guide for your ongoing efforts at evangelization and renewal for your parish.
The OSV rep told me that this book is now listed in the top 600 of the book sales-not just for Christian books but for all books! So now I don’t quite know which list he was getting his data from, but I had to go look at Amazon. This book is currently #2,481 among all books sold at Amazon, #30 among all Christian books, and #9 among all Catholic books.
Considering how many books Amazon sells, that’s pretty amazing! And you’ll be able to speak and interact directly with the author herself right here in San Jose!
So don’t miss the opportunity to help your parish leaders and coordinators get the understanding and skills you and they need to form intentional disciples for your parish.
