Implementation Fund

In order to assist the process of implementation of the strategies of this Plan, a diocesan Implementation Fund has been established. This fund will be available in the form of grants to help parishes and groupings of parishes to have sufficient resources to address the strategies linked to the critical issues of the pastoral and organizational elements of the Plan.

Diocesan Implementation Team

The process of implementation of the Diocesan Pastoral Plan is being guided by the Implementation Team, which includes:

• Terrie Iacino, Episcopal Director of the Office of Pastoral Ministry, Project Director for Pastoral Issues
• Don Watters, Project Co-Director for Organizational Issues
• Sr. Pat Mitchell, SFCC, Director, Office of Parish and Planning, Co-Director for Organizational Issues
